Who is THALO?
Built around contrast, THALO moves between atmosphere and impact. Pairing euphoric melodies and cinematic spaces with heavy low end, fractured textures, and the harder edges of modern bass music top with angelic, haunting vocals shapes the THALO sound.Drawing across melodic bass, dubstep, drum & bass, and beyond, the project is less concerned with staying inside a single genre than maintaining a distinct emotional and sonic identity. That same range carries into THALO’s live sets, with support appearances alongside Levity, Kaivon, William Black, and Dabin.Across THALO and the project’s earlier chapter under a previous alias, that live history also includes bills with artists including Seven Lions, Illenium, Porter Robinson, San Holo, Alison Wonderland, Flux Pavilion, ARMNHMR, MitiS, NGHTMRE, Big Gigantic, and Dab The Sky.In late summer 2026, THALO introduced their first full body of work with PHANTOM, a four-track EP exploring false hope, catharsis, anger, and loss while establishing the foundation for the project’s darker, more cohesive next chapter.
